Product Path 3D is a 3D printing and product development company founded by Gregory Moore and headquartered in Mooresville, North Carolina, with a new production facility coming soon to New York State. We help manufacturers, engineering firms, race shops and inventors turn ideas into functional, production-ready parts.
Behind every project is Gregory's 20 years of hands-on engineering experience. That background shapes how we work: we look at each part the way an engineer would, thinking about fit, strength, heat, tolerances and how it will be used, not just whether it can be printed.

Over two decades in engineering, Gregory Moore saw the same problem again and again. Good ideas stalled because traditional product development was slow and expensive. A single prototype could take weeks and cost thousands in tooling before anyone knew whether the design would work.
He founded Product Path 3D to offer a faster, more affordable path from concept to finished part. By pairing real engineering experience with modern additive manufacturing, Product Path 3D gives companies a way to test ideas in days, refine them quickly and move into production with confidence.

We print with both FDM and SLA technology in a wide range of engineering materials, including PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, carbon-fiber reinforced PPA-CF and ASA-CF, glass-filled ABS, flexible TPU, and Tough and High Temp resins.

To keep pace with growing demand, Product Path 3D is opening a second production facility in New York State. This expansion is about more than a new location. It is a significant investment in capacity, speed and reliability for every customer we serve.

Where We're Headed
Our goal is to be the first call for manufacturers, engineering firms and motorsports teams in North Carolina, New York State and beyond when they need a part made right and made fast. With our New York State facility on the way, we will keep expanding our materials and production capacity, take on larger production runs and build long-term partnerships with the businesses we serve.
