High Temp Resin

Primary Applications & Uses

Tooling and Molding

Injection Mold Inserts:

Ideal for short-run injection molding cycles or testing mold designs before committing to expensive metal tooling. It can withstand the heat and pressure of many injected thermoplastics.

Thermoforming:

Used to create master patterns for vacuum forming and other heat-intensive molding processes.

Carbon Fiber Tooling:

Excellent for creating layup molds that must withstand the temperatures of an autoclave or oven cure.

 Fluid and Gas Handling

Hot Air & Gas Flow: Perfect for prototyping ducting, vents, and manifolds that will be exposed to high-temperature exhaust or environmental heat.

Hot Fluid Connectors:

Used for valves, nozzles, and milli fluidic devices that handle boiling water or steam.

Testing and Electronics

Environmental Testing:

Creating mounts for sensors or cameras that must operate inside industrial ovens or near heat-generating machinery.

Soldering Fixtures:

Used to print custom masks or jigs for wave soldering or protective covers for electronic components during assembly.

Under-the-Hood Components:

Prototyping automotive parts that live near the engine block or exhaust system
